Lise Murphy: New co-chair of the PCWP

Lise Murphy has been elected as Co-Chair of the Patients' and Consumers' Working Party (PCWP). The other Co-Chair, being a representative of the European Medicines Agency (EMA), is currently Isabelle Moulon.
During her first mandate Lise Murphy was initially the alternate to François Houyez. Then for her second mandate EURORDIS appointed Lise as the full member representative while François Houyez became the alternate.
The Patients' and Consumers' Working Party was created in 2005 to provide recommendations to the EMA and its human scientific committees on all matters of direct or indirect interest to patients in relation to medicinal products.
The PCWP is currently composed of 15 patients' associations and consumer organizations, and representatives of five scientific committees .
