Maria Mavris

Maria Mavris joined the Research and Therapeutic Development team in January 2008. Her responsibilities include the communication of the development of new orphan medicines to patient organisations and management of the work of Eurordis volunteers/advocates involved in drug development.
She is also involved with Fabrizia Bignami in the organisation of the Eurordis Summer School, the first of which took place in June 2008 in Barcelona.

Maria is bicultural (Australian and Greek) and has lived in Paris since 1999.
