Aline Schnieder

Based in Barcelona as part of the Operations Team, Aline coordinates the training events of the EURORDIS Open Academy. This includes the coordination of the onsite training events and pre-training, as well as the coordination and management of programme committees, faculty and participants.

Aline joined EURORDIS in March 2017 as Social Projects Assistant Manager, supporting the implementation of the INNOVCare project and​ related activities focused on the integration of rare diseases into social services and policies, and started supporting the Open Academy in 2018.

Before joining EURORDIS, Aline worked in​ an ESF-funded project in the area of international mobility and labour market integration. Earlier she worked at the Representation Office of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Brussels.

She holds a Master degree in European Studies from Lund University.

Aline speaks German, English, Spanish, Catalan and French.
