Ferran Torres

Ferran Torres received his medical degree from the School of Medicine, Universitat de Barcelona. He specialised in Clinical Pharmacology at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital in Barcelona and obtained his PhD in Methodological and Statistical Issues of Sequential Clinical Trials.

Ferran is Head of Unit of Support on Statistics and Methodology and Medical-Statistical Consultant, IDIBAPS, in the Clinical Pharmacology Department at the Hospital Clinic Barcelona. Ferran is also Associate Teacher, Biostatistical Unit, School of Medicine, Autonomous University of Barcelona.

He acts as Statistical consultant for Spanish Medicines Agency AEMPS and is also a member of Scientific Advice Working Party at the European Medicines Agency.
