Zoe Alahouzou

Zoe Alahouzou joined EURORDIS in 2012 as Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer.

Zoe is part of the Governance team and is responsible for supporting the CEO in all governance activities, core operations and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining EURORDIS, Zoe worked on a volunteer and freelance basis for various NGOs and governmental agencies in Greece, including the Municipality of Athens Development Agency, for the planning and implementation of development projects. She was a member of the Board of Directors for the Centre for Research and Action on Peace (KEDE) and project coordinator of the New School of Athens project.

Zoe holds a Bachelors of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham and a Masters of Science in Gender and Social Policy from the London School of Economics.

Zoe speaks English, Greek, French as well as some Spanish.
