The EURORDIS Access Campaign questionnaire invites anybody living with a rare disease who has experienced difficulties accessing treatment – including medicines, medical devices, surgeries, or medical consultations - to respond to a brief online questionnaire available in 19 European languages.

Designed to capture access difficulties by gathering patient experiences, the questionnaire results will be analysed by trained EURORDIS staff and communicated to national and European-level Health Authorities in order to move toward finding solutions to problems with access.

If you have experienced difficulties accessing rare disease treatments or care, please take the time to complete the brief Access Campaign questionnaire today.
