Cindy joined EURORDIS in December 2022 as a Corporate and Donor Relations Assistant, replacing Jo Marshall during her maternity leave. Her role is to assist in facilitating corporate healthcare companies’ engagement with EURORDIS and the development of new sources of income.
Before joining EURORDIS, Cindy co-founded and managed Marketing and Communications at Simbioze, a local online grocery service with both an environmental and a social impact. Before this she worked at various tech companies in Growth Strategy roles, most recently within Salesforce.org helping nonprofit organizations leverage the Marketing Cloud platform to achieve their marketing and communication goals to increase their impact. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Information Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Language and Communication in Organisations (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), a certificate in Digital Marketing and she’s a certified Happiness and Mindfulness Coach.
She’s from the Netherlands so a native Dutch speaker and she speaks English, French, and some Spanish and Indonesian.
